We are seeking a highly motivated individual as our Client Care Manager. This position is responsible for scheduling of field staff and supporting the daily home care operations. Charlotte\u2019s Angels is looking for a dedicated, fast paced, self-driven individual who has a passion for caring for the elderly and delivering premier home care service. This is a full time administrative position with the Angel Team.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer\/client care \u2013 effectively manages the customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client\/customer relations.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and care coverage \u2013 supports and uses all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes; schedules staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime; ensures on-call phone and assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of our services and reasons to utilize Charlotte\u2019s Angels over other agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the development of organization goals and agency performance improvement activities<\/li>\n<li>Administers agency policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide information to be used for statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities<\/li>\n<li>Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws<\/li>\n<li>Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skill Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated experience<\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma required<\/li>\n<li>Computer Skills \u2013 Sound knowledge and understanding of computer operations including Microsoft Office software.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and good time management skills <b>A MUST<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as Customer Care Manager and\/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license; valid state required proof of auto insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.<\/p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p>Required experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling: 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scheduler\/Client Care Manager Charlotte\u2019s Angels Home Care Services, 3126 Wisconsin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804 Come be a part of the Angel Team .
